NPC: Kaulin the insane mage
Long Desc: Kaulin the insane mage is here, sending fireballs into the forest for amusement.

Kaulin the insane mage has no respect for those who are not as evil as
him, and would not hesitate to prove his lack of respect to these people
should they disturb him.  The mage grits his teeth and starts casting a
spell.  He looks you over attempting to find your weaknesses.  Once he
believes he's found your weakness he threatens you to leave or die.  By the
look in his eye it seems he is very serious.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
