NPC: The riddle master
Long Desc: The master of riddles is here, thinking up rhyme.

The riddle master is always searching for wise new members of the Order
of the Rabid Wolf.  He hums a happy tune as he sees your come in.  If you
are not yet a member and you consider yourself worthy ask him about the
riddle to find out more, but beware not just anyone is bright enough to
match wits the riddle master.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
