NPC: A half-elf monk
Long Desc: A half-elf monk is here, selling reagents.

On seeing you approach, this energetic half-elf immediately hops back
behind his counter and starts gesticulating at his stock that rests tidily
on shelves all around him.  He has a broad grin on his face and, in an
effort to impress you, begins to empty glittering feathers, shiny stones and
handfuls of sparkling powder from various pockets in his coat and onto the
table before him.  He seems to be quite an eccentric fellow and it is quite
easy to be drawn in by his non-verbal sales pitch.
It is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
