NPC: A small fish
Long Desc: A small fish swims through the river.

A small fish sits idle, starring at you as you slash into the water.  The
scales on the fish are gray colored with a black band across it's belly.
With a flip of it's tail the fish, gives itself a push into a tight circle,
once the fish has complete several circles, The tiny fish nibbles in the
water feeding on some invisible food that is of interest to the fish.  As
bubbles move past your face, that falling feeling seems to complete itself.
It is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
