NPC: A writhing tendril of fog
Long Desc: A writhing, glowing tendril of fog snakes its way towards you.

This tendril of fog seems to be alive and sentient.  It snakes, twists,
and turns its way about the area.  It glows with a pale moonlight silvery
color.  You deduct that the touch of this fog is deadly when you see that
whenever any living weeds or bugs come within range of its silvery tendrils,
they shrivel up and die almost immediately.  Be very cautious around this
fog.
It is a mist approximately 50'1" tall.
