NPC: The black cat
Long Desc: A large black cat is sitting here, looking at you with interest.

The feline is a soft, velvety black.  Around his neck you see a small
silver pendant with the emblem of two snakes biting each other's tails, the
symbol of Lord Agrippa, the overseer of this land.  The cat has been trained
in helping new players understand the game interface and how to go about
basic adventuring.
