NPC: A raccoon
Long Desc: A masked raccoon is looking for a place to wash some food.

The raccoon has thick black and tan striped fur and a black mask covering
his eyes making him look very much like a small bandit.  Its tail is thick
and is ringed with alternating bands of black and tan fur.  He is a small
animal that doesn't appear to be very strong.  When he snarls you can see
rather short, yellowed teeth in his mouth.  You could easily kill this
creature.
It is a wild cat approximately 3'7" tall.
