NPC: A mynah bird
Long Desc: A mynah bird is here squawking and chattering loudly.

The bird is about the size of a parrot and has vividly colored plumage.
The wings are bright blue, the breast emerald green, the back is red and its
head is yellow and orange.  Its chattering and squawking are nearly as loud
as its coloring!  You find yourself wondering if there is any way to make
this animal hush short of wringing its neck.
She is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
