NPC: A farmer
Long Desc: A farmer is here, tending the crops and wishing for rain.

The farmer is dressed in a clean but well worn work frock of a coarse
brown fabric.  This person appears to be accustomed to hard work and long
hours.  Slung over one shoulder are a hoe and shovel and there is a full
bucket of water in the farmer's other hand.  A heavy layer of dust covers
all exposed skin.  No wonder this person keeps muttering something about
needing rain.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
