NPC: A mongrel
Long Desc: A mongrel dog is growling at you.

This dog has a very scruffy coat that is falling out in places as if it
were plagued with parasites.  It has a manner that speaks of having been ill
treated by other beings and looks rather underfed.  Your approach is greeted
with a loud snarl as the dog lowers its head and tail.  The wise course of
action would be to avoid this animal unless you wish to risk being bitten!
He is a domestic dog approximately 3'7" tall.
