NPC: A tabby cat
Long Desc: A tabby cat is here, headbutting you and purring loudly.

There is a very friendly tabby cat here rubbing around your ankles and
headbutting your legs.  Its coat is a mixture of tan, black and cream colors
and it has a very fluffy tail.  This kitty looks like it is trying to adopt
you as its human.  Either that or it just wants some attention or perhaps a
free meal.  The cat appears well cared for which leads you to believe that
it is the pet of some person.
He is a domestic cat approximately 1'5" tall.
