NPC: Brother Towan
Long Desc: Brother Towan lends a helping hand to untrained adventurers.

Brother Towan is wearing a thick cotton brown robe tied at the waste by a
red silk belt.  He pleases St. Wiseheart by helping novice adventurers
acquire proficiency in weapon skills.  Brother Towan regularly solicits
novices with offers of help.  If you wander around him long enough he will
invariably ask you if you'd like help.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
