NPC: A fey thief
Long Desc: A fey thief is lurking in the shadows here.

The thief is a fey with dark skin and hair.  He is dressed all in black
making him difficult to see in the shadows.  You wonder how many people he
has stolen goods from recently.  He doesn't appear to be overly robust,
perhaps you can overpower him.  Perhaps you can get some of the things he
has stolen from you, if you can kill him.
It is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
