NPC: The stable master
Long Desc: A man with mucked-up boots and a scruffy face smiles at you.

His face is weathered and lined, marking a lifetime spent under the stars or
in the fields.  Before settling into the Lasler Valley, rumor holds that he
fought as a cavalier in one of the worst battles known to Alyria, but he
simply shrugs off any attempt to discuss it.  He certainly doesn't show the
heavy history on his shoulders, with a kind and gentle demeanor.
