NPC: A mad diviner
Long Desc: A diviner is chained to a tree here, babbling madly.

The diviner is a human female that appears to have gone insane.  Most of
what she says is just random words and phrases that make no sense.  If you
listen carefully though, she does say something that makes sense once in a
while.  She is very dirty, her hair is in huge snarls, and there is a nasty
stench about her.  The clothing she has on is in tatters and as filthy as
she is.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
