NPC: A scarlet jay
Long Desc: A scarlet jay is here, calling down filthy names upon you.

The bird is a lovely jay with feathers of a deep scarlet.  It seems a bit
odd but this bird is a vivid scarlet all over with no other color at all.
It is hopping from branch to branch looking very agitated and is calling
down filthy names as you pass under its tree.  Perhaps it is upset with you
for disturbing its rest.
He is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
