NPC: A curious faerie
Long Desc: A blue skinned faerie sits here watching you carefully.

One of the most beautiful creatures you have ever laid your eyes upon
stands before you.  Just by looking at her you can tell that her skin would
feel silky and smooth even though it's blue.  Her hair is a bright pink
almost illuminating the area in the dark.  She notices you approaching and
tilts her head to one side, wondering just what you are.  The final feature
you notice are her golden eyes staring back at you with wonder.
She is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
