NPC: A small blue slime
Long Desc: A small puddle of a strange blue jelly is here.

This inanimate puddle suddenly moves in front of you.  It's amazing how
this thing creeps along the ground. There are no bones or muscles at all,
you can see right through it.  It's clear blue body reflects the light and
fires off odd prisms of blue light in different directions.  Suddenly it
moves again and you wonder if this poor beast would be better off in the
ocean.
It is a elemental approximately 7'0" tall.
