NPC: An albino rat
Long Desc: A huge albino rat is slinking about here.

This is a huge rat.  It is at least two to three times larger than any
other you have seen.  Instead of being gray, this one is pure white and has
eyes that are almost pink.  It must be a giant albino rat which is very rare
indeed.  You can see sharp claws on its front paws.  It also has very long
sharp teeth and looks downright mean and bad tempered.
She is a rodent approximately 1'7" tall.
