NPC: A faerie dragon
Long Desc: A friendly little faerie dragon is exploring the area.

The faerie dragon looks like something that someone managed to
drastically reduce in size.  It has very friendly mannerisms, whuffing about
people's legs when they enter the room.  The scales covering its body are
iridescent, reflecting every color imaginable.  It has tiny translucent
wings and a long tail with barbs on the end.  This little creature is only
about the size of an average dog.  It wants to be your friend and helper!
She is a dragonne approximately 6'1" tall.
