NPC: A small faerie
Long Desc: A small faerie darts in and out of the canopy.

A small faerie flits in and out of the canopy.  It is a surprisingly
fragile looking creature.  Its wings are incredibly thin and translucent and
you wonder how they can possibly support flight.  Of course they are magical
by nature so physical laws hold very little sway on them.
He is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
