NPC: A devious imp
Long Desc: A devious looking imp hides behind burnt tree stumps looking for trouble.

A small imp sneaks around behind the burned remains of some trees.  He
laughs at you and hides again.  Imps can be particularly trying because they
love to cause problems.  They get a perverse enjoyment out of aggravating
adventurers and generally impeding their travels so you'd best avoid them
unless you are willing to deal with them
He is a imp approximately 3'5" tall.
