NPC: A retired military man
Long Desc: An old man strides by, out for his daily constitutional.

This old man still has some spring in his step, some spry energy despite
his age and visibly deteriorating health.  Despite some old war wounds, a
bayonet scar in his neck, a piece out of his nose, and liver spots all
around, he still looks healthy and energetic, happy to be alive.  He doesn't
look like he's from around here, likely retired from active duty.
It is a high-elf approximately 5'5" tall.
