Long Desc: A royal guest dines on some of the finest food in the land.

This lucky guest of Lord Vashir is probably a friend of a high-ranking
castle offical.  While he loves throwing dinner parties, Lord Vashir can't
invite the members of the nobility over every day.  Therefore, he often
allows his staff to set the guest list.  The citizens selected to attend a
castle function are always treated to the best food to be found in the city.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
