NPC: A surprised tinkergnome
Long Desc: A small bearded tinkergnome stands here, rooting around for food.

This stout funny looking being is nothing other than a tinkergnome.  She
has natural colored garb and very cubic shoes and hat.  She looks very wise
and weathered, as though she has lived for a long time.  Despite this, she
seems naive to the evil plot Lord Maldra has against Vendredi's birthday and
carelessly goes about her task.
He is a tinkergnome approximately 1'6" tall.
