NPC: Cassandra
Long Desc: The sorceress Cassandra stands here, one hand on the large red gem.

Her mouth open in a silent scream, the beautiful young sorceress stands
frozen in time, one hand resting upon the gem of power as she struggles to
control it.  Obviously just barely keeping the forces in check, you sense a
battle wages, unseen, between her and the tremendous magic contained within
Riga's gemstone.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
