NPC: A wandering spectress
Long Desc: A wandering spectress is here, luring you towards her.

The wandering spectress has developed a passion for murder, and takes
great pleasure in luring lost adventurers towards her with her beauty before
violently slaying them when they least expect her to.  Sometimes she will
take control of a victim's mind and force them to kill themselves, but
sometimes she'll simply attack with a fury, ripping her victim
limb-from-limb.
She is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
