NPC: A dracon assassin
Long Desc: A dracon assassin is here, dressed in black.

Dressed in black and lurking in the shadows, this dracon obviously wants
to avoid notice.  He sees you've spotted him and is obviously unhappy about
it.  The assassin glares at you as you walk past, unsure whether to stab you
in the back or to simply ignore you.  Perhaps you should go quickly about
your business before he makes a decision.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
