NPC: An ariel bard
Long Desc: An ariel bard is here, singing of death and despair.

Fascinated, you gaze at the ariel bard but this muscular winged human is
so absorbed by his morbid song he doesn't seem to notice your presence.
This is probably a good thing since ariels aren't tolerant of visitors,
particularly those who have wandered into the tower itself.  Should you
sneak away before he realizes you're here?
He is a ariel approximately 5'7" tall.
