NPC: An insane ariel
Long Desc: An insane ariel is here, babbling incoherently.

Having only spent a brief time in this tower it's still easy to
understand how a creature could lose its mind being confined here for years.
The well-muscled, winged human you see before you twitches sporadically and
a thin stream of drool trails from its chin.  The manic gleam in its eye is
the only warning you get before you find yourself in combat.
She is a ariel approximately 5'7" tall.
