Long Desc: A stinky, stocky little man stands here, threateningly motioning at you.

This wizard seriously has to be the worst-smelling person ever allowed
into society.  The smell is impossible to describe, because it's almost
impossible to smell.  Before the sensation even reaches the point of
cognizance, your olfactory awareness has been exterminated by the plumes of malodorous content wafting off of this unhygienic wizard.  He's physically interesting himself, but at the moment, every mote of attention and mental power must be focused on evading this foul-smelling man.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
