NPC: An insane wraith
Long Desc: An insane wraith is here, slowly floating towards you.

The mortal form of this wraith was that of a psychotic gnome who ventured
to the tower seeking immortality from the druids.  This wraith is as insane
as it was when it was alive, perhaps even more so after so many years in the
tower.  It has witnessed too much pain and torment for one lifetime and has
lost all sense of reason.
She is a ghost approximately 5'6" tall.
