NPC: An animated dust cloud
Long Desc: An animated cloud of dust spins chaotically before you.

Spinning and swirling around, this flying pile of dust stings your eyes
and makes your skin itch.  It looks like it has been animated by some evil
sorceror or priest, but has escaped, left to roam the wilderness of the
faerie plane.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
