NPC: A slippery jorth-fish
Long Desc: A large tentacled creature lurks in the water here.

This creature is half fish and half octopus, about 5 feet in length with
thick rusty colored scales.  It has a bunch of tentacles growing from its
neck, and has no fins, somewhat like an octopus with the head of a shark.
Its head is black, and its mouth is full of tiny teeth which gleam from the
light cutting through the water.
It is a octopus approximately 5'6" tall.
