NPC: A nameless wanderer
Long Desc: A nameless wanderer stares at you, as if frozen.

This lost soul has been wandering the wilderness of the faerie plane, in
a permanent state of despair.  It is a humanoid figure of medium size, but
it seems to have no depth, as if one dimensional.  As your eyes meet its
face, your muscles clench, for it is a most hideous and fearsome sight, and
you feel a strong urge to flee for your life.
It is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
