NPC: Eve, the animal shelter receptionist
Long Desc: The elderly shelter receptionist ushers you over to her.

This kindly old woman looks quite the sort to be an animal-lover; she
wears a soft lilac cardigan over a floral shirt with a pair of eyeglasses
hanging around her thin neck.  She has obvious laughter lines and other
friendly wrinkles across her forehead, her smile puts you immediately at
ease.  It is clear, however, that she does not shy away from the dirtier
side to her job; her trousers are tucked into a sturdy pair of boots which
are covered in a substance you do not care to identify further.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
