NPC: An elven shelter volunteer
Long Desc: A volunteer worker trots up and down here, looking after the animals.

This bright-eyed young elf looks up at you with expectation as you enter
this area of the shelter.  She trots up and down the kennels, glancing in on
every pet in her care.  From time to time you see a faint glimmer of sadness
in her eyes, she obviously feels deeply about these creatures.  She is
dressed in an overall which clings to her slender figure, her pockets
bulging with pet treats which she from time-to-time feeds to random animals.
She is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
