NPC: A cyclops bounty hunter
Long Desc: A cyclops bounty hunter is here, searching for a fugitive.

The single eye upon the forehead of the cyclops stares at you coldly as
he charges towards you, his fighting style reveals his intents of removing
your head from your shoulders.  He must have mistaken you for a fugitive, or
criminal, atleast that would explain his urge to cut off your head, as that
is the only thing he needs to claim the bounty he thinks has been put on
your head.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
