Long Desc: A little hunchbacked man peers at you nervously.

This hunchbacked little man is dressed in ragged clothes and peers at you
very nervously.  He licks his lips nervously and constantly seems to be
mumbling something to himself about demons and skeletal knights.  He looks
like anything could startle him and may bolt from the bell tower at any
moment.  You had better not do anything to alarm him or he may go even more
crazy.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
