NPC: An electric eel
Long Desc: A snakelike electric eel quickly swims by, looking for prey.

This long snakelike fish swims quickly and seems to glow slightly with
stored power.  It is slimy and has a long dorsal fin.  Its yellow beady eyes
contrast its dark green skin and gleaming white teeth.  It is common
knowledge that this is the feared electric eel, which discharges huge
amounts of stored electricity into its prey to paralyze and kill it.
It is a snake approximately 1'5" tall.
