Long Desc: A little girl laughs and sings, skipping rope with exotic motions.

This tiny girl can't be much older than ten.  She giggles loudly and
smiles.  Her body is in constant motion as she sings a rhyme and jumps rope
adamantly.  She is adept at this game, as her arms move with breakneck speed
and dexterity.  Her plain dress floats above her knees with each jump of the
rope.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
