NPC: A New Kolvir city guard
Long Desc: A burly man in a Kolvir guard's uniform observes the passersby.

Although he seems quite content to stand there observing you silently,
his eyes tracing your every move, he would probably not hesitate to swiftly
dispatch you should you do something that he disapproves of.  Although his
long steel machete is quite fearful, his massive legs and boots look as
though they're equally lethal.  The hobnailed boots have spurs on them, but
Kolvir obviously must be having some financial troubles, or something,
because he's not even mounted!
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
