NPC: A New Kolvir janitor
Long Desc: A janitor slowly walks, stabbing litter with a pick-up stick.

This man is dressed in a khaki jumpsuit with his name embroidered on the
front, and is paid to clean up Martyr's Walk.  He and a team of his
coworkers keep New Kolvir unsoiled.  Due to this busyness and importance of
this road, he is kept occupied all day.  He smiles happily at passing
pedestrians, aiming to please.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
