NPC: A curious child
Long Desc: A curious child squats and scratches at the ground, looking for artifacts.

This child is clad in a dirty tattered shirt, filthy short leggings, and
no shoes.  His feet and exposed legs are brown with accumulated dust.  He
digs and scratches at the ground, interested in finding artifacts from the
destroyed city.  Any relic, whether it be valuable or not, would be precious
to this child.  He keeps his custom to himself, because many of his
schoolmates are ignorant about the past.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
