NPC: A moon imp

Similar to moon demons, moon imps are second to their cousins' power,
but unmatched in their guile. Created by the overflow of energies through the
magical portals that wax and wane with the revolutions of moon, the moon
imps guard the rare moonstones along with their more powerful bretheren.  It
is said that if you have a moonstone, you can control the gates - and
sometimes even the imps and demons themselves.  
He is a demon approximately 7'1" tall.
