Long Desc: An old man stands here ready to spin tales for all to hear.

He's rather short for his race, but this could be due to his age.  He
stands here spinning tales for all the patrons in the tavern to hear and
expects no compensation for them, just the ability to captivate an audience
is more than enough payment for him.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
