NPC: A mutant rat
Long Desc: A malformed rat bares its fangs at you.

An inhabitant of the underground, this rat is much larger than what is
normally seen crawling over a trash heap.  Long periods of isolation in
complete darkness have instilled a fear of all light sources in the beast.
The massive eyes glow with fiery reds, oranges, and yellows as it
suspiciously looks in all corners.  Its massive ears are able to detect the
faintest sounds that may be uttered in the corridors.  With its fangs bared
the mutated rat looks ready to attack all intruders of its lair.
She is a rodent approximately 1'7" tall.
