NPC: A faerie goblin
Long Desc: A nasty little goblin is here, bouncing and snarling.

Clad in nothing but sweat, this filthy humanoid hops around in front of
you, threatening and snarling.  It occassionaly lets a high pitched shriek
out, which hurts your ears, and a foul yellow excrement dribbles from the
edge of its mouth.  
He is a goblin approximately 3'5" tall.
