NPC: A feral rodent
Long Desc: A feral rodent scratches about here, blindly.

This disgusting little rodent scuttles and scratches about in the dirt
before you, and snarls at the smell of your sweat ridden armor.  It has big,
pointy nasty teeth and sharp claws and dirt-speckled saliva dribbles from
the sides of its mouth.  It hisses, snarls, and blinks its opaque eyelids
rapidly, as if it can't see.  
He is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
