NPC: An aggressive toadstool
Long Desc: A large toadstool sways back and forth, oddly.

The toadstool is quite large and sways back and forth as if buffetted by
a wind - except there doesn't seem to be one.  Quite possibly some sort of
lesser faerie in disguise, the toadstool is emitting a sickly sweet smell
that seems to favor candied apples.
He is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
